Vitamin D is formed in the skin under the effect of sunlight. The UVB radiation that makes vitamin D in the skin does not pass through clouds and sometimes reflects off the ozone layer, so it does not reach us. If you expose your whole body to the sun and get tanned (by UVA radiation), you do not get vitamin D. The most UVB radiation providing this vitamin can be received in the summer between 10 am and 4 pm. The amount of vitamin D produced is reduced by protective creams, frequent bathing in hot water, covering the body, dry skin of the elderly and air pollution.

In food, vitamin D can be found in fish oil, liver, egg yolk and milk.

Composition: Omega-3 fish oil (ethylesters), gelatine bovine, humectant glycerol, purified water, DL-alfa tocopherylacetate, colourant caramel E 150, cholekalciferol.

Content:         60 sof gelatine capsules. Weight of content: 43 g.

Dosage:          Take 1 capsule a day. The capsules should be taken with meals and swallowed with a glass of water. The recommended dosage must not be exceeded.

Storage:    Store at the temperature from 15 °C to 25 °C, in the original packaging, to protect the product from light and moisture.
