Artichoke Forte with Monacolin K

The main ingredient of the product is artichoke leaf extract 25:1. Artichoke extract naturally contains antioxidants, supports proper digestive system function and has a favourable impact on blood fat and cholesterol levels.

The product is enriched with red fermented rice extract, which is a part of the regular diet in places like Japan. Due to the action of the Monascus purpureus yeast, red rice is a natural source of substances called monacolins. The main active component is a natural substance called monacolin K.

Composition:   Globe artichoke (Cynara scolymus, leaf extract 25:1), bulking agents calcium phosphates and  microcrystalline cellulose, red fermented rice extract (Monascus purpureus, monacolins 4%), stabilisers cross-linked sodium carboxy methyl cellulose and hydroxypropyl methyl cellulose, anticaking agents stearic acid a magnesium stearate, glazing agent polyvinyl alcohol, humectant polyethylene glycol, colours E 170, anticacking agent talc, stabiliser polyvinylpyrrolidone-vinyl-acetate copolymer, colour E 172.

Contents:        60 coated tablets.
                        Weight of the content 56,5 g.

Dosage:          Take 1 tablet a day, preferably after a meal. The tablet should be swallowed with a glass of water. The recommended dosage must not be exceeded.

Warning:         The product should not be consumed by pregnant or lactating women, children below 18 years of age and adults above 70 years old. Don´t consume more than 3 mg of monacolins a day.                      Keep out of reach of children. It is not intended as a replacement for a varied, well balanced diet and healthy lifestyle. If you use any medication or food supplements or if you have any health problems, consult using this product with your physician. This product should not be consumed if you are taking cholesterol-lowering medication or other products containing red yeast rice.

Storage:           Store at the temperature from 15 °C to 25 °C, in the original packaging, to protect the product from light and moisture.
