Hard gelatine capsules
Hard gelatine capsules are used as digestive cover filled with powder medicines, food supplements etc. They are produced on modern manufacturing lines. To ensure and maintain all parameters of the final product, there are various measurements made during the manufacturing process in each manufactured batch. The manufacturer uses dyes and pigments in compliance with EU legislation on food and pharmaceutical products.
Colour combinations are as follows:- natural transparent
- coloured transparent
- coloured opaque
- two colour transparent
- two colour transparent
Upon a customer's request, large batches of capsules may have an imprint. Production quality is maintained by a thorough selection of raw material suppliers and also a thorough initial, intra-operation and expedition inspections.
Capsules are delivered in a carton package, which is designed so that it provides lasting and reliable protection of the capsules even during prolonged storage. Optimum storage conditions are temperature 15-25°C and relative humidity 40-50%.
